All work is done in the order it is scheduled and/or received. We want you to be confident that following our arrangement of work for you that your expectations can be met whether it is that road trip or day at the track. To maintain shop efficiency, please contact us before shipping your car or components. Are you from out of town? No problem at all. Over 75% of our business originates from individuals and other shops outside of W. Tenn. Please review our shipping arrangements. Shop hours: 0730 to 1730 CDT Monday through Friday. PWR is a small operation and the nature of our work demands uninterruped concentration. Your call is VERY important to us. You'll most likely receive our answering machine. We normally return calls (inquiries) between the the hours of 4 and 5 and email by 1200 CDT daily. Please leave a number where you'll be available during that time period or in the evening.
