Pat Williams Racing's liabilities are limited to providing the correct product based on the information supplied by the purchaser and the corresponding product information. Installation and safe use of the products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Pat Williams Racing's responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replacement of product. All products covered under manufacturer's warrantee must be sent to manufacturer for warrantee service. Pat Williams Racing has no other obligation expressed or implied. In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, Pat Williams Racing will not be responsible for (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges; or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by any use of any product. Please call and speak directly to a Pat Williams Racing Representative to cancel or return an order. All returns must be in new unused condition, original packaging with original paperwork. There are no returns on special order items. Returns are not accepted through email, fax, or voicemail message. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking and/or repackaging fee. Authorization to return a product expires after 14 days. Pat Williams Racing is not responsible to provide proof of purchase 90 days after the order date.

There will be a $25.00 fee for each returned check.

Motorsport and off-road driving are dangerous and may result in serious injury or death. Pat Williams Racing declines any responsibility on claims or consequential damages resulting from items supplied and installed for street, off-road, or racing purposes. The purchaser assumes all liability and should comply with local, state and federal laws.
